“On behalf of our company I would just like to say what an absolutely fantastic service Nationwide Hire has provided so far and in particular Nathan Whitton.

Generally the whole team has been very polite, friendly and extremely helpful with an outstanding service provided to us. However Nathan we feel has bent over backwards to provide us with the help we need.

When dealing with Network Rail, we are requested to provide immediate updates etc when dealing with faults, and Nathan has kept us in the loop all the time when dealing with any works. He has returned calls when he said he would and even gone beyond and called to update when not even required, so going above and beyond.
