Nationwide Hire gains Momentum
Commercial hire experts Nationwide Hire have announced the launch of Momentum - a brand new digital platform that makes the process of hiring, covering everything from getting a quick quote right through to delivery, easier and better than ever before.
Rather than information being logged across various systems, some of which were paper-based, the new online system sees enquiries and orders entered straight into Momentum. From here requirements and tasks can be created and progress is shown thanks to live updating which means that at any point it’s possible to see a snapshot of a customer’s current and past orders. This means order tracking is faster and easier and if a customer wants to repeat a hire from six months ago, the details are just a few clicks away.
Another huge benefit that customers will notice is an increased level of communication. Momentum uses a series of automated emails to keep the customer informed at every stage of the project.
